Evolving the messaging ecosystem to Rich Communication Services (RCS) enables the operator to boost loyalty and revenue by offering ubiquitous communications across all networks (2G, 3G, 4G/LTE) and devices.

The Telaverge complete RCS support, including (group) chat, file and video sharing, SMS/MMS interworking including store and forward function enabled the customer to deliver successful services.

Full chatbot functionality, including bot discovery, connectivity, and environment for creating and executing operator chatbots. 

A comprehensive solution encompassing the VoLTE/ VoWiFi and RCS clients, IMS Core, Voice/Video and RCS Application Server, Real-Time Charging Support, Network-Based Address Book, and Presence Server. 

Provides simple application programming interfaces (APIs) to integrate web-based applications and network assets.

Advanced security, including subscriber aliasing (hiding the identity), content scanning (scanning bot traffic), and blocking features.

Deployment options include standard in-network, hosted, or cloud-based services, with flexible commercial licensing options.

The Outcomes

Our involvement and expertise helped the customer to speed up the Time-To-Market (TTM) to support Apple Messages, which helped them become a certified Business Messaging Service Provider (MSP) for Apple messages.
